We clearly label all affiliate products on our website to ensure you know when a product comes directly from one of our trusted partners.

For all affiliate brand products featured on our website:

• Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped directly by the affiliate brand.

• Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times may differ from DSG Naturals’ standard shipping schedule.

• Packaging: Packaging and labeling may reflect the affiliate brand’s unique identity and standards.

• Inventory Management: Product availability and stock levels are maintained by the affiliate.

For any order inquiries or return requests, customers should contact the affiliate brand directly via the provided support information or refer to the policies outlined on the affiliate brand’s product page.

When purchasing an affiliate product, you may see separate or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Orders containing both DSG Naturals and affiliate items may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery times and courier services may vary depending on the affiliate’s fulfillment process.

• DSG Naturals is not responsible for the shipping, delivery, or tracking of affiliate brand products.  
  All logistics for affiliate items are managed directly by the affiliate company.

Affiliate products are governed by their respective brand’s return and refund policy.

• Please contact InfinitelyBare Customer Support (contact@infinitelybare.com) directly to discuss returns, replacements, or refunds.    

Because these items are not fulfilled by DSG Naturals, we are unable to process refunds, returns, or replacements for affiliate products.

However, we maintain open communication with our affiliate partners and will gladly assist in facilitating contact if you experience any issues or delays.

We believe in complete honesty and transparency with our customers.
